Shipping Rates

We ship globally! We offer free shipping to Malaysia and Singapore, along with friendly shipping to Southeast Asia, Hong Kong, Taiwan and Australia.

If your country is not listed at checkout, please feel free to contact us. We will be happy to provide a shipping quote.

Shipping Weight Restriction

We process shipments of up to 20kg in volumetric weight per transaction when using the website checkout system, which is equivalent to approximately five Starter Sets. For orders exceeding five Starter Sets, please contact us directly for potential bulk discounts and shipping quotes.

Shipping Restrictions:

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Additionally, shipping availability is subject to the destinations and limitations set by local carrier companies. As such, we reserve the right to exclude specific areas from delivery based on these factors.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

We are not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees that may be applied to your orders. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Changes to Delivery Address:

If you wish to update your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately via WhatsApp or Discord using the contact information at the bottom of the page. Address changes can only be made before the order ships. Once the order has shipped, we regret that modifications to the delivery address will no longer be possible.
