No Refunds

We do not offer refunds once goods are sold. Please ensure you are satisfied with your order before completing the transaction. If you have any questions about the products before purchasing, feel free to contact us, and we will be happy to assist.

Replacement

We provide replacements under the following conditions:

• The purchased products are damaged due to our fault or as a result of the shipping process.

• The request for an exchange must be made within 14 days from the date of delivery.

• Proof of damage (unboxing video with shrink wrap intact) must be provided.

In addition:

• If multiple products were purchased and only some are damaged, replacements will only be provided for the damaged products.

• If only certain components within a single product are damaged, replacements will be provided for the damaged components only.

Shipping Costs for Replacements:

Please note that customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with the replacement of damaged products or components. We will not cover the shipping fees for the replacement process.

How to Request a Replacement:

If your purchased goods are damaged and qualified for replacement, please follow these steps:

2. Provide the photos and unboxing video of the damaged goods and packaging (if applicable).

3. We will verify the damage and arrange for a replacement if it meets the criteria outlined above.
